FEPAS — the Federation of Charitable Entities and Projects — is the social outreach arm of CIBI. We are not a standalone NGO, nor a church: we are the network that amplifies the social work of every church and local entity that decides to put faith into action.
Over forty years of coordinated work, we've become one of the few Christian social networks with direct activity in all five Brazilian regions. That's 37 federated entities across 16 states — each with its own autonomy, all sharing a common methodology, legal support and training.
We don't believe in charity as a one-way handout. We believe in local empowerment: the community diagnoses its own need, the entity responds up close, and the federation ensures sustainability, accountability and access to national and international partners.
That's what we call integral mission — the gospel with hands, feet and an address.
