Magali Bykovas became president of FEPAS after years leading the federation's executive office — she knows the network inside out, down to the names of the projects and the people. When she took office in 2026, her first word was listening.

Under her leadership, FEPAS marked 40 years of history with the widest network in its trajectory: 37 federated entities across 16 states, activity in all five regions of Brazil, and a training agenda more robust than ever.

Magali believes a federation only makes sense when it strengthens those on the ground — not when it replaces or oversees them. That's why every decision under her leadership starts from what local entities ask for and what communities need.

Leading an organization born from the mandate of Isaiah 58, she guides FEPAS with method, transparency, and the conviction that the gospel has an address — and that address is the most vulnerable place in the city.

"
A federation exists to help entities grow — not to grow in their place.

2023–2026 leadership

Three pillars that guide her leadership.

01

A living network

Strengthening every federated entity with technical training, legal support and access to national and international partnerships — so no project has to solve alone what the network can solve together.

02

Radical transparency

Audited annual report, public accountability and clear communication with donors, churches and partners. Trust is the most valuable asset of a Christian federation.

03

Rooted growth

Growing the number of projects only makes sense when every new entity has real support. The goal of her leadership is quality before quantity — and presence before visibility.
